HK style carrot cake

Step 1 : fried side ingredient like mushroom and Chinese sausage

Step 2: fried carrot until less water, can put salt, sugar, white pepper

Keep : mushroom water around 1 cup (can less water)

Step 3: mix dried ingredient with rice flour and cornstarch

Steam for 50 min

 




Actual result : left over night, taste good but pan fried didn’t turn brownish.
